Today we will learn how to make pineapple juice at home following this easy recipe with just 3 ingredients.
Scrap off the skin of the pineapple well and remove the hard core at its center. Cut it into small pieces.
Blend the pineapple pieces, sugar and water together in a blender. Strain the juice using a juice strainer.
If the pineapple is very sweet, you need not add sugar or honey.
Add crushed ice and enjoy!!
Note -Pineapple juice should not be taken on an empty stomach.
