Baby Corn Pepper Fry-Easy Baby Corn Pepper Dry Stir Fry

This is a very simple and healthy baby corn pepper fry which goes well with rice. Today we will learn how to make baby corn pepper fry with garlic flavor following this easy recipe. As it is a very simple recipe, I have not posted step wise pictures.

Easy Baby Corn Pepper Fry (Dry)

   Ingredients needed

   Baby Corn- 10-12
   Onion -1 cup
   Garlic – 6 cloves minced

   Chilli powder -1/2 tsp
   Pepper Powder to taste
   Salt to taste

   For the seasoning

   Oil -3 tsp
   Mustard seeds
   Curry leaves

Preparation

Clean baby corn and cut it into rounds or lengthwise. Par boil baby corn with a little salt. Drain the water and keep it aside.

Chop onions, mince garlic and keep it ready.

Method

Heat oil in a kadai or pan, add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add curry leaves.

Then add chopped onions, garlic and saute until onions turn transparent.

Add par boiled baby corn, chilli powder, pepper powder and salt to taste.

Cook for a further 5-6 minutes on medium flame  until everything  gets blended well.

Serve with steamed rice or fried rice.
