Preparation

Dry grind the oats for a few seconds.

Method

1.Mix all the above ingredients (powdered oats, rice flour, rava, buttermilk, green chilli, coriander leaves, cumin seeds pepper powder and salt needed) except oil, to a dosa batter consistency adding needed water. Let it sit for 15 minutes.

2. After 15 minutes, the batter will be thick, so add needed water to get dosa batter consistency. Mix the batter well every time before making dosas

3.Heat a non stick tawa, pour a ladle of batter and spread it slightly in a circular motion as you do for normal dosa.

4.Drizzle a tsp of oil around the dosa. Make small dosas otherwise, you will not be able to flip over the dosa. Keep it on medium flame and cook the dosa. Do not be in a hurry to flip over the dosa. Let it get cooked well.

You can also make this like rava dosa by making a thin batter.  Instead of spreading it, pour the batter from the outside corners of that tawa. This dosa will take a little longer time to cook, so be patient. That’s it.
