   Ingredients needed

Semi Sweet chocolate chips (small) – 2 1/4 cup
   Walnuts – 2 cups
   Ritz crackers – 20
   Butter – 150 grams
   Raisins – 3 tbsp
   Aluminium disposable tray

Break walnuts into small pieces using your hands. Do not blend or powder it.

Put the biscuits inside a plastic cover or keep it between 2 plastic sheets and pound it with a rolling pin as shown in the picture above.

Now in a bowl, mix together walnuts, crushed biscuits, raisins and keep it aside. This is the dry mixture (picture above).

Method

Melt chocolate chips in a bowl over a pan of boiling water on low heat. Cook, stirring until smooth.

Add butter to it. Cook stirring until the butter melts completely and gets incorporated with the chocolate well. Switch off the heat.

Now add the dry mixture to the chocolate and stir well to combine.

Spoon the mixture into a disposable aluminium mold/tray. Press and even the surface with a greased spoon.

Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set. Cut it into small pieces and enjoy!!

Note – The color of the fudge will change according to the chocolate chip used.

If you do not have disposable aluminium tray, you can grease and line a baking tin with parchment paper with the paper extending above the edges of the pan, so that it is easy to remove/lift the fudge.
Storage and shelf life – Store it in an air tight container in the refrigerator. Stays good for more than a week.
