Kohlrabi Stir Fry-Noolkol Poriyal Recipe

January 6, 2017 by PadhuSankar 1 Comment

Kohlrabi is known as “Noolkol” in Tamil. Kohlrabi is packed with beneficial nutrients and antioxidants. It is high in dietary fiber and low in calories, so good for weight loss also. I keep my cooking as simple as possible, because I love it that way and also it is healthy. Healthy cooking doesn’t have to be boring or complicated. Learn how to make a simple, healthy and delicious stir fry with kohlrabi/noolkol following this easy recipe.
