Vegetable masala toast with paneer- Indian style

Add finely chopped coriander leaves, and crumbled paneer. Mix well and remove from heat.

How to make veg masala sandwich

Take 2 bread slices, apply butter on both sides of the bread slice.

Heat a tawa, toast both sides of the bread slice. Then spoon 2 tbsp of the vegetable paneer mixture on top of the bread slices and press it well with a spatula (picture below).

Serve hot as an open sandwich. Kids and adults will love this for sure.

Repeat the same process for the rest of the bread slices. Enjoy!!

Note – Instead of paneer, egg lovers can use scrambled eggs.

Read the ingredients on the pack before buying bread as even most wheat bread has all purpose flour (maida) in it. Buy organic bread, if you can get it in your place.

Yes, but refrigerate it. In the morning take it out of the refrigerator half an hour before you make the toast.

Maida is unhealthy and not good for health.
