Refreshing Apple Milk Shake

The whole of last week was hectic for me, so could not keep up with other blogs. Today I am here with a simple and easy apple milkshake recipe. Even kids who refuse to drink milk will definitely love this apple milkshake. Today we will learn how to make apple milkshake following this easy recipe.

Apple Milk Shake

 Prep Time : 5 mins

 Cook Time : 5 mins  (for boiling milk)
 Serves:1

   Ingredients needed

   Cold Milk -1 1/2 cup (Boiled and chilled)
   Apple – 1 big
   Sugar – 1 tbsp (powder it ) or a tsp of honey
   Vanila ice cream -2 scoops (optional)

Method


Peel the skin of apple and remove the core and the seeds. Cut it into cubes.

First grind the apple pieces with a little milk in a blender. Then add the rest of the milk, ice-cream (optional), sugar and blend it until smooth.

Serve Cold. Enjoy!!.
