Chop mango into small pieces with the skin.
Add salt and chilli powder.
Heat oil, add mustard seeds, when they splutter, add asafoetida, curry leaves and pour it over the mangoes.
Mix well and serve with curd rice or sambar rice.
Shelf Life – Can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 days.
