Oats Apple Smoothie-Apple Oats Smoothie Recipe

October 26, 2012 by PadhuSankar 17 Comments

Here is another quick breakfast smoothie recipe with apple and oats. It is very tasty, easy to prepare and will keep you full for 2-3 hours. Kids will love this for sure.I have not added sugar to this milkshake, as the dates and the apples were sweet enough. This apple oats smoothie is a great way to kick start your day and is ideal when you have less time in the morning for breakfast.

You can give very less quantity. If it suits him, then you can continue.

I prefer to cook. If you are not going to have it immediately, you can powder oats and add .Let the oats soak in milk for some time, then prepare the smoothie.
