Oats Milkshake-Oats Dates Almond Milkshake Recipe

When it comes to oats recipes this is one of my favorite dish. It is healthy, filling and also delicious. Since we are adding dates, you do not need much sugar for this. Today we will learn how to make Oats milkshake following this easy recipe.

   Ingredients needed

   Oats – 2 tbsp
   Dates – 3
   Almonds blanched – 3-4
   Jaggery/sugar/honey – 2 tsp (I used powdered jaggery)
   Milk -3/4 cup

Preparation 


Soak almonds in boiling water for 10 minutes and peel the skin.

Method 


Cook oats in 1/2 cup of water on medium heat, stirring continuously. Allow it to cool.


Blend almonds, dates in 1/4 cup of milk first, then add cooked oats, jaggery, rest of the milk and blend for a few more seconds.


Pour into a glass and serve chilled.

Yummy and healthy oats milkshake is ready.
