Pomegranates Oats Smoothie Recipe

October 12, 2012 by PadhuSankar 9 Comments

Pomegranate Oats Smoothie or milkshake can be prepared in a few minutes time and is quite filling. This also makes a quick breakfast when you run out of time. It can even be prepared the night before and refrigerated. It is a very healthy smoothie as I have not added white sugar. You can avoid additional sweetener, if the pomegranate itself is sweet enough. I have the habit of adding 2-3 dates to my milkshakes and smoothies to avoid adding sugar. You can also try my way and pave way for healthy life. Today let us learn how to prepare a healthy oats pomegranates smoothie following this easy recipe.
