    Hello PadhuShanker,
I used a tava but the cheese does not melt at all rather the bottom side of the bread gets really toasted in the meanwhile to a very very crunchy texture. What to do to melt the cheese and in any case the veggies too don't get cooked in the tava method since we are not flipping the bread slices right?? do suggest
    Warm Regards

Bring the cheese to room temperature and then use it. Keep it on low heat, the cheese has to melt. Veggies will be crunchy. Also cut the vegetables finely.
