Schezwan Fried Rice is an Indo Chinese dish which is very easy and quick to prepare at home. If you have leftover rice and schezwan fried rice masala at home, then this dish can be made in a jiffy. You do not have to strain yourself making schezwan sauce at home, all you need is schezwan fried rice masala to make this. Believe me, it tasted just like we get in restaurants. You can prepare this with brown rice also.Today we will learn how to make Schezwan fried rice following this easy recipe.

I would like to know what the ingredients are in the Schezwan fried rice masala. I live in a small town in USA, and have not seen that in our local grocery stores. Would appreciate some help. Thanks.

I have used their schezwan fried rice masala powder. You can make this rice with their schezwan chutney also. After adding the vegetables, you must add the paste and stir fry for a few seconds. If you find it spicy, add less. With that chutney or fried rice masala, you can make schezwan rice in a jiffy. I personally like it.

You can but beans takes longer time to get cooked. So parboil it separately and then add.
