It is a healthier option than cakes and cookies and kids will love it for sure.Today we will learn how to make Masala corn at home following this easy recipe.
Butter Masala Corn Recipe
Cook time - under 10 mins
Serves - 1-2
Sweet corn - 1 cup heaped
Butter - 2 tsp
Garam masala or Chaat masala - a generous pinch
Chilli powder - less than 1/4 tsp
Few drops of fresh lemon juice for taste
Salt to taste
Wash and steam corn with a little salt. Alternatively you can also boil corn in a little water till soft.
Melt butter, add the cooked corns, salt needed, garam masala powder and saute for 2-3 seconds.
Remove from flame, mix in a few drops of lemon juice and serve hot.
You can substitute garam masala with pepper powder.
Frozen corns and Indian corn can also be used to prepare this recipe.
