Today we will learn how to make a quick, nutritious, filling and delicious milkshake with banana which needs just 3 ingredients.It is also very simple to prepare and tastes heavenly. Today we will learn how to make banana milkshake following this easy recipe.

Banana Milkshake

 Prep Time : 10 mins

 Cook Time : Nil
 Serves: 1
 Recipe Category: Beverages-Milkshake

   Ingredients needed

   Milk – 1 cup + 1/4 cup
   Ripe banana – 1
   Honey or jaggery or sugar or any sweetener of your choice.
   Vanilla ice cream – a scoop (optional)

Method


Peel the skin, chop and blend banana with 1/4 cups of milk to a smooth paste. Then add the rest of the milk, honey, ice cream and blend again. Pour into a glass and serve chilled.

Garnish with grated chocolate if desired.

    Hi dont you boil the milk and then make it cool, or do u use raw milk….while preparing milkshake…. Ananth…

    Ananth – I boil the milk, cool it and refrigerate it before preparing any milkshake.

      In India we usually boil milk, cool it, refrigerate it and then use for milkshake.

    Can I prepare the milkshake if I do not have ice cream at home?

      Ice cream is optional. If you do not want to add ice cream, you can make the milkshake without it.
