    Hello…I regularly follow your blog.its very helpful. I tried dry fruits milkshake..but whenever I added milk n fig ..milk gets spoiled ..any suggestions?? Any other receipe for my 8 year old to increase stamina level as he is a poor eater? Thanks

      Grind it with cold milk or with milk at room temperature. You can grind dates and blanched almonds also.
