Carrot milkshake is delicious, easy to make and very nutritious. Carrots have amazing health benefits. Carrots are best known for its high vitamin A content and high levels of beta carotene. Including carrots often in our diet improves eyesight, digestion, boosts immunity, helps to prevent cancer and premature aging of skin. Carrot is known for its anti-inflammatory properties also. Apart from health benefits, it has beauty benefits also. If you wish to  have a healthy, clear and glowing skin, including carrots in your diet often may help. I have not added any sugar to this milkshake, so it is a healthier version of milkshake. Even kids who do not like carrots will love this milkshake. It is a delicious way to sneak carrots into kid’s diet. Today we will learn how to make carrot milkshake following this easy recipe.

Padhu’s Tips – I usually grind almonds (after removing the skin) and dates together with a little water and store it in a bottle inside the refrigerator. I use it to sweeten my porridge, milk, oats etc. It stays good for 4-5 days. You can also try it and reduce the use of refined sugar.

    Hi
I have been referring to your recipes for a while now.
Each item I have made has been a hit.
But today I made this milkshake for my daughter's class. She is 5. Every kid in the class just loved it. I made 3 litres for 20 kids and they almost ran out. That's how much the kids loved it.
