Padhu's Tips - I usually grind almonds (after removing the skin) and dates together with a little water and store it in a bottle inside the refrigerator. I use it to sweeten my porridge, milk, oats etc. It stays good for 4-5 days. You can also try it and reduce the use of refined sugar.
