  13. Padhu are there kuzhambu recipes for rice without using tamarind or coconut? Or is it possible to substitute tamarind with anything else?

    1. Most of the kuzhambu varieties given above are without coconut. Regarding tamarind, you can add tomatoes and reduce the amount of tamarind.
