  18. tried out ur recipe today,...too yummy...thugh luk and smell resemble pudina pulav taste can't be's too gud

  19. Is 2 cups of water enough? Doesn't one cup of rice require 3 cups of water?

    1. Normally khichdi will be mushy, but this is a totally different recipe. For this recipe, the rice should not be mushy. I have used basmati rice, moreover we have soaked the rice for 20 minutes. So 2 cups of water is enough for 1 cup of rice. If you use normal rice, use more water.

  20. Hiii padhu , can I use normal rice ??? instead of basmathi rice ??
